1. Take a Screenshot

Click the AuraCapture icon in your Chrome toolbar. Choose "Capture Full Page" or "Visible Area". The screen will scroll automatically if needed.

2. Edit & Annotate

Once captured, you'll be taken to the editor. Use the toolbar on top to:

• Crop: Trim unwanted edges.
• Draw: Use the pen tool to circle items.
• Text: Add labels or notes explicitly.
• Shapes: Add rectangles or arrows to point out bugs or features.

3. Save & Share

Click "Download" to save as a PNG or PDF. Or copy the image to your clipboard to paste it directly into Slack or Email.

Is it free?

Yes, the core features of AuraCapture are free to use.

Does it work offline?

Yes, since all processing happens locally on your browser, you don't need an internet connection to take or edit screenshots.

Where are my images stored?

Images are stored temporarily in your browser memory. Once you download them, they are on your computer. We do not store your images on our servers.
