AuraCapture operates entirely locally on your machine. When you take a screenshot, the image generation happens within your browser.

• Screenshots: Screenshots are stored temporarily in your browser's local storage to allow you to edit them. They are not uploaded to our servers.
• Usage Data: We do not collect analytics on how you use the extension.

Permissions

The extension requires certain permissions to function:

• activeTab: To capture the visible screen area.
• storage: To save preferences and temporary screenshot data locally.
• downloads: To allow you to save the generated images/PDFs to your computer.
